Il terzo congresso d'esperanto fu tenuto nel 1907 a Cambridge, in Inghilterra. E' probabile che Baden-Powell fu avvertito di ciò. Il 22 Agosto 1969 la Skolta Esperanto Ligo presentò ufficialmente il primo libro scout in Esperanto "Ĵamborea Lingvo" (La lingua del Jamboree), ai membri della conferenza mondiale sullo scoutismo tenunta in Finlandia ad Helsinki. Una nuova versione apparì nel 1995. "La Skolta Mondo" è il bollettino ufficiale della SEL.
